Manju is an educationist by profession, but her true passion lies in designing. She believes that design is an art form that can transform a person and add a timeless dimension to their individuality.

30 years ago, Manju founded her own chikankari label with the goal of reviving this dying art form. She started with a small team of tailors and embroidery workers in a room at her residence in Lucknow. Today, her label is one of the most respected in the industry, and her designs are worn by women all over the world.
